Anti-God, anti Church forces bombed Warsaw to smithereens in World War II.

But now Poland is facing a new onslaught — a cultural battle for its soul and religion.

The U.S. Embassy in Warsaw is launching a competition for “projects supporting the LGBTQI+ community” with awards of up to $20,000.

Catholics in Poland are outraged.

Jan J. Franczak: “It is like a nightmare … it reminds me of the communist times.”

Poland’s Constitution clearly defines marriage as a union of a woman and a man.

Franczak: “LGBT activists and forces — they know very well that without the strong Church, Poland won’t be a strong nation. They dare to interfere in our national affairs.”

It seems Catholic Poland is being singled out for a full-court press of LGBT propaganda.

No such push in Muslim countries.

For example, a staffer at the U.S. embassy in Saudi Arabia confirmed there’s no such program in that country.

This comes after the Biden administration gave the OK for flying pride flags outside U.S. embassies — a practice banned under President Trump.
