A predator on the prowl — and a Pennsylvania bishop silent.

Edward Loch was recently busted in a sex sting in Scranton, caught grooming an underage male.

Turns out Loch is brother to Fr. Killian Loch, former vicar general for the diocese, the No. 2 after the bishop.

Ed Loch was also longtime organist at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, which serves as the home parish of Msgr. Walter Rossi, the high-profile rector of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. — a man investigated by two separate dioceses for homosexual assault, and whom Abp. Carlo Maria Viganò confirmed is “without a doubt a member of the gay mafia.”

In spite of documented complaints Rossi preyed upon male students in D.C., and his ties to ex-priest Matthew Riedlinger, a man in a gay marriage who left the priesthood after he was busted in his own sexting sting, both Cdl. Wilton Gregory of D.C. and Bp. Joseph Bambera of Scranton cleared Rossi of all misconduct.

When local Catholics learned of Loch’s bust, they contacted the diocese to ask whether they’d warn parents about the predator.

Diocesan spokesman Eric Deabill punted, saying the matter was in the hands of the Luzerne County D.A.: “Because this is a personnel issue, the diocese of Scranton will have no further comment at this time.”

He told Church Militant the same.

While Bp. Bambera feigned outrage after the bombshell 2018 Pennsylvania grand jury report revealing 300 priests allegedly abusing more than 1,000 children, Bambera himself has been called out for cover-up when he served as vicar general in the 1990s, protecting pedophile Fr. Robert Gibson (nicknamed Fr. Ned), later busted grooming a male minor.

If the Loch sting reveals anything at all, it’s that the tentacles of the homosexual network — in spite of the bishops’ pious facades — maintain their stronghold in the Church.
